Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition – unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

In the original packaging – including all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@uecom.tech with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS or FedEx preferred) to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for an exchanges.
