Return & Refund Policy

At uecom.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In its original condition – unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

    • In the original packaging – including all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels.

    • We may charge up to 15% restocking fee

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@uecom.tech with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS or FedEx preferred) to ensure the safe return of your item.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for an exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. These items are not eligible for return or refund.
